AMRAP 10 mins
5 dead cleans each side
10 russian swings
15 american swings

John was tough on us last night, that's for sure, but I'm hoping that will help us in the future. Of course, my forearms and obliques were spent from rock climbing and I didn't know this until I started swinging....OUCH! :(
