5 shoulder press
5 push press
5 push jerk
Reverse TGU
repeat opposite side
5 rounds for time

  1. class on tuesday was great...i am starting to feel a little more comfortable with the movements, but can def. use a lot more practice! i am excited for whatever you have in store for tonight (friday) class! thanks so much john and great job to dani and jodie!
