About us

Welcome to Crossfit Newtons Kettlebell Blog. If you are interested in coming to the classes then you are in the right place.


This class is open to people of all fitness levels and is designed to increase your personal fitness using kettlebells. Classes are one hour in duration and each will focus on improving proficiency in particular kettlebell skills and incorporate them into a workout at the end.  The class will also involve gymnastics elements along with dumbbell and barbell exercises but the primary focus will be with kettlebells.
If you have never used kettlebells before then we require you attend a Kettlebell elements class. This is a one time 30-40 min introduction to kettlebells at your connivence with your coach. After completing the elements class you will be able to take part in the regularly scheduled kettlebell classes.

Class Schedule
Tuesday: 7 - 8 pm
Wednesday: 6 - 7 am
Friday: 7 - 8 pm

More classes will be added depending on demand.
